Customer Support Administrator

Our Client in Winsford is looking for a suitable candidate to join there small but busy team of a national company.

The candidate must provide administrative support to the service operations to ensure efficient and efficient resource management. To support the service advisor to maintain records and external communications as well as any general administrative duties.

This job is 37.5 hrs Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm but client can be flexible with the hours.

Responsibility:

  • Entering data into applications and systems on behalf of the service operations team.
  • Helps the invoicing of the SWIP.
  • Helps the proactively the need to keep the customer informed throughout the process.

Essential:

  • Good IT Skills
  • Basic Technical Merit

Desirable:

  • Cat SIS
  • SAP
  • DBSi work order system
  • Digital communication skills

This job is temporary for 12 months, however it could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
