* Ideally administration and dealt with high volume inbound customer calls
* Ability to work in a fast paced team
* Good knowledge of Word, Excel and outlook
* Experience of complaints & queries by telephone and emails
* Experience of Handling escalations and high-level complaints and escalations
* Commute to watford location (hybrid)
* ideally car driver
