Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Exciting opportunity for a Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join a well established company based in Wellington Somerset.

Role Purpose:

To provide operational supply chain and customer service support through the establishment and continuation of effective business relationships. The service will be underpinned through the effective management /provision of relevant data/information to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business efficiency's.

Key Account-abilities:

  • Customers

  • Customer systems

  • Customer supplied material stock management

  • Planning, sales and forecasting

  • Systems maintenance

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels-phone, email, letter and face to face, being polite and professional at all times.

  • Experienced in dealing with fast moving, demanding customers at the order fulfilment level

  • Self motivated, conscientious and well organised

  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills

  • Accurate attention to detail

  • A strong knowledge of word, and excel and general competence with computer literacy

  • Adaptability/Flexibility

  • Commercial acumen
