The Company:

Nigel Wright are working with a fast-growing company based in County Durham who are looking to recruit a Customer Success Team Manager, responsible for day to day management and leadership of the Customer Success team, contributing to the growth of the international customer base.

The Role:

Ownership of the Customer Care, Cancellations, Complaints, Customer On-boarding and Customer Journey:

  • Day to day management of the Customer Success team
  • Contributing to the strategy and growth of the customer success function
  • Reporting key management information and functional performance upline
  • Coaching, developing and performance managing the Customer Success team
  • Taking ownership of driving the job specification in conjunction with organisational growth

Person Requirements:

  • Prior customer service and commercial experience
  • Previous management experience, with the ability to manage a team
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Good working knowledge of Excel or Google sheets
  • Good communicator, team player
  • Experience of tele-customer services
  • Flexibility
  • Self starter, able to work under own initiative
  • Ability to pick up and learn quickly under instruction
  • Accurate input and attention to detail
  • Able to work to KPIs
