Customer Success Representative CRM Systems StartUp £20-25K

This is 3 month internship paying £20-25K with the intention of converting into a permanent position.

How you can expect to spend your day:


We are looking for someone to join our busy and growing team as a Customer Success rep.  
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve success in their business
  • Troubleshooting problems to achieve customer success

What does a Customer Success Representative do?

As part of our customer success team you will act as a liaison, provide product/ services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.  Most importantly you will be there to help our customers achieve business success through using our platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Resolving queries sent to our support helpdesk/ e-mail (we use software provider Intercom to manage tasks) 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer success team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and be the eyes and ears of user experiences to feedback to the team
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

You are genuinely excited to help customers. You’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You love to talk. You can put yourself in customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and we have built a reputation for providing friendly, open and insightful help. 

Problem-solving will also come naturally to you. You are confident at troubleshooting and take the initiative to investigate if you don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

Your target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction, which boils down to making sure our customers are successful.

Requirements:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A problem solving mindset
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
