About the Company

With offices throughout the world our client is an award winning, independent research company providing data and intelligence to the financial sector. Clients including Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Firms, Institutional Investors and Asset Managers use their online products to obtain key information for business-critical decision making.

They continue to grow and have experienced double digital growth this year - they are now looking to hire for a Customer Success Manager.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will have a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services and identify upsell opportunities for sales whilst nurturing the day-to-day relationships with existing clients.

Day to Day Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving engagement of our client’s online platform as well as client onboarding to new clients, training, support, and account management.

The Client Success Manager will effectively build and manage client relationships and ensure overall client success and satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to work with and be a part of a smart, hard-working, fun team.

As a Customer Success Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for all day-to-day client interactions
  • Serve as the primary contact for onboarding of new clients
  • Provide end-user training and post go-live support; provide insights and best practices
  • Proactively manage client relationships to a very high level
  • Identify potential risks, monitor usage, and serve as primary point of escalation for client issues
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients by providing superior client service
  • Be proactive with clients by mapping out potential users within existing clients who might have a need for the service and work closely with Account Managers for up sell opportunities

About You

  • Must have a 'Client First’ Attitude
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Customer Success / Client Success role
  • Experience of working in FinTech / SAAS or Business Information / Business Intelligence
  • Degree educated
  • Must have a can do and problem-solving mentality with excellent communication and presentation skills
