Job Role:

An exciting, fast growing technology media platform are looking for a motivated, Customer Success Manager to join their team in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams and sales leaders to assist in winning business and ensuring that clients are successful with their investment.
  • Work with client directly who have purchased their products to address marketing challenges.
  • Provide responsive, empathetic and outstanding support to our customers, including through product training and consultation to new and existing clients.
  • Translate program strategies developed by the client and the sales team into manageable projects.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years experience within a similar role (customer success, account management) at a digital media or marketing company.
  • Knowledge of B2B online media, adtech, social media, lead generation and marketing automation systems.
  • Understanding of the most recent trends around marketing and adtech.
  • Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills.
