My clients are a market leader in Video Content and Software Distribution for Enterprise customers Globally. Due to further expansion in the EMEA team, they are now seeking an additional Customer Success Manager to provide exceptional C-Level Account Management and support to an enviable client base of FTSE 100/250 clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity working for a privately owned, dynamic and expanding company with revenues at circa £30 million and currently 90 staff globally.
Reporting to the Global Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for developing positive customer relationships ensuring customers end-to-end experience is exceptional.
The role will be based from home with EMEA travel as and when required.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an Enterprise Sales and/or Account Management role in an Enterprise Software/SaaS environment.
- Significant experience cultivating successful C-Level customer relationships and large Corporate Accounts, owning renewal revenue & upsells, along with project management, technology deployments, upgrades and other professional services.
- Strong ability to present product roadmaps, use cases, and upsell opportunities
- Confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly refined interpersonal skills and a solid track record of working cross-functionally to effectively communicate customer feedback.
- Bachelor Degree or relevant experience in related field required
