Job Title: Customer Success Manager - Digital Marketing

Location: London

Salary: £30-35K basic (dep on exp) + bonuses

Our client is a small but rapidly growing, well funded Technology start-up in the dynamic Digital Marketing sector. They are looking for a bright, talented and driven individual to join their team. Our client is looking for someone who has a solid background in client services and account management as well as excellent knowledge of Performance Marketing and/or Affiliate Marketing. Candidates with exposure to any of the major Digital Marketing channels - SEO, PPC, Email, Display, Programmatic - will be of interest too.

The day to day duties of the Customer Success Manager will include:

- Ensuring client delivery onto the company platform is expertly done

- Understand core client objectives as well as challenges.

- Train clients within the company platform to ensure they utilise it as best they can.

- Maintain promotional material including training content.

- Upsell services to clients ensuring retention as well as minimising churn.

The Ideal Candidate for the Customer Success Manager will have the following attributes:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing etc).

- 2-3 years Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and/or Performance Marketing experience.

- Previous customer success or account management experience

- A good technical knowledge surrounding the digital marketing sector.

- Fantastic problem solving skills as well as the ability to take initiative and be flexible in all situations.

- Adaptable in a team environment, the candidate must be able to play different roles within the small team.
