Customer Success Manager - Digital Experience
In this Customer Success Manager role, you'll be joining a rapidly expanding digital experience vendor, working with a range of high-end clients across a number of sectors and industries. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and helping to devise end-to-end analytics & optimisation strategy. You will work towards improving and optimising platforms for your clients, offering a unique opportunity to develop as a SaaS consultant within a fast-growing organisation within an ever-maturing customer success function.
As the Customer Success Manager, you'll onboard new clients and act as a strategic advisor across the digital experience space. You'll facilitate clients to gain an insight into end-to-end user journeys, with the support of Product Experience, User Experience & Customer Onboarding consultants.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
As the successful Customer Success Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Good breadth of experience across the digital analytics & CRO space
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- Passion for improving UX
- 20% Bonus
