·Responsible for perfect usage of our Collins software
·Troubleshooting for clients,
·On-boarding new clients and up-selling extra bolt-on's
·Liaising closely with the Sales team to ensure their clients are all in order
·Liaising with our Tech team on any bugs in the software or improvements
·Reporting to the Account Manager and Co-Founder on client progress
Skills & Experience:
·Bubbly, charismatic and great communicator
·Experience in handling customer complaints/customer care
·Tech savvy and capable
·Extreme attention to detail and a passion for maintaining standards and quality in work
·Strong planner and organiser
·Ability to develop strong business relationships
·Energy, charisma and fun attitude
