Customer Success Executive

My client a large educational software company based in the heart of Canary Wharf are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their busy team

- hunt for new business through lead generation
- Manage customer health checks and create follow up actions
- Maintain high renewal rates among existing account
- Generate customer interest and attendance
- Manage/ update opportunities
- Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues
- Accountability for achieving targets and meeting KPI's
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a better customer experience
- Participate in targeted calling campaigns
- Travel required as needed

- Prior experience in inside sales and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
