Our client based near Heathrow are currently recruiting for a Customer Solution Manager. The company is an international courier company that specialises in the cold chain sector.
Salary: up to £50k
You will be part of a cross functional team in a diverse job where you will hold a logistics and customer relationship role.
This requires collaboration with Operations, Customer Services and Sales & Marketing. Active support and co-operation within the business will be required
Actively support the expansion of the customer portfolio with a clear focus to support financial targets for growth.
Meet and support customer requirements to develop ad-hoc and long term logistically solutions
Assist with Contract and SLA completion and on-boarding of key & global customers.
Develop and maintain customer KPI reporting in collaboration with Operations and Sales & Marketing.
Ongoing collection and use of Root Cause data, internally and externally to support service performance improvements for designated customers
Understand and participation in strategic initiatives and sales development projects and strategies.
Assist in developing customer bespoke requirements which interface with IT & Process systems
Support in developing management and customer facing presentations and reporting.
Higher level education.
Previous cold chain experience essential
Good verbal and written communications skills
