Customer Services

I am currently looking for a Customer Services Team Leader, to work in the Gosforth area.
This is a temporary role, to start as soon as possible, until October 2018.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week).

Pay rate: Between £15 - £17 per hour + mileage

Duties of the role include:

* Managing a team of up to 20 customer service advisors, in a busy environment

* Holding weekly 1-2-1's with team members

*Achieving targets and KPI's set

Requirements of the role include:

*Previous experience of managing a Customer Service team is essential

*Must be IT literate.

*Excellent communication skills

*Previous experience of working within housing would be advantageous

*Full UK driving license and means of transport is desirable
