Your new employer is a well known and trusted commercial contracting business, who work closely with employees and self-employed workers. They are looking for an experience customer services team member to join their team within their Lancaster office.
The customer services team are the first point of contact for all clients and operatives, in this role you will be responsible for iterating with clients processing information about their inquiries and dealing with any issues, concerns, and requests about products and services.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you must have good attention to detail and reporting skills, be computer literate and competent with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excellent communication skills, great ability to organise your own workload, maintain high levels of confidentiality and working in a team environment under pressure.
