£27k plus bonus LOUGHTON

Busy challenging role overseeing a team of 8 to 10 call centre agents

Previous experience or at least longevity in a CSA role telephone based

Working to set SLA’s and KPI’s

Conducting 121 meetings

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager on who needs training and in what areas

Handling escalations and mentoring new staff

Hands on answering calls and ensuring call times and call targets are delivered by the team
