Customer Services Team Leader

Description

Key Responsibilities Include ;

  • Providing clear direction to a team of 15 customer service advisors on a day to day basis
  • Role model excellent customer service, presenting the business in a positive light
  • Support team with regular 1-2-1's, development and training
  • Review existing policies and procedures to ensure best practise in carries out
  • Manage escalated complaints to ensure customer issues are resolved within agreed timescales
  • Support customer service manager on key projects

Profile

The Successful Candidate ;

  • Previous experience within people management
  • Passion to deliver excellent customer service
  • Experience within a call based, customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Job Offer

This is a permanent full time role within an excellent modern business. A working week of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, offering a salary of up to £26,000 based on experience
