Our client's customer service team are the face and voice of the company. Their vision is to deliver a warm, friendly and 'right first time’ service to all of their customers each and every time they deal with them.
The team is growing and our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to join the team. With a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement, you will instinctively understand what excellent customer service looks like and have the ability to coach and lead your team to deliver and exceed their already high standards.
The customer interactions take place across a range of media - telephone, social media and face to face, meaning that no two days are ever the same! The teams have to be able to flex their styles accordingly and our client is looking for you to do the same as the leader. You will be a natural communicator, able to bring out the best in your team whilst taking a lead role in driving performance improvement.
Whilst they do not have a traditional contact centre set up some of the operations are organised using call centre systems and software, so you will need to have had prior experience of using telephony and CRM systems and of monitoring and analysing the data they provide.
Whilst this role will primarily work normal office hours, you will need to have the flexibility to work an average of two evenings per month and the occasional Saturday.
