Customer Services Support Administrator

Our client is one of Europe’s most established card manufactures, based in Essex. They are innovative and forward- thinking, serving companies of all sizes, including blue chip names.

They are looking for a Customer Services Support Administrator, who is experienced in dealing with high volume customer accounts and has effective planning and time management skills.

Role Description

  • Creation of job bags for customer orders and of relevant supporting documentation
  • Provide support to account managers
  • Liaising with customers on smaller accounts and with production / planning to provide customer updates
  • Management of customer stock levels and liaising with logistics team for customer despatches
  • Manage relevant scheduling requests and relevant customer complaints through the business to ensure the customer gets a timely and satisfactory response
  • Set up, chair and minute customer conference calls to review KPI’s or specific project calls
  • Ensure project trackers & reports are sent correctly and on time and issues are escalated as required to the relevant person
  • Review of production plan and ensuring key milestones are adhered to
  • Develop and communicate process improvements, to increase customer satisfaction levels
  • Support the team by ensuring quality service and developments
  • Liaising with other departments to establish correct/ appropriate information flow
  • Adhere to the procedures of the department, and ensure that due diligence is followed and is aligned with the SLA’s


  • Skilled customer service operative
  • Has dealt with high volume customer accounts, preferably in a production-based environment
  • Daily management of customer reports
  • Reviewing of stock levels and project tracking
  • Dealing with customer complaints

Salary: Up to £25k
