My client is looking for a Customer Services Representative who has the ability to retain business and meet customer demands in order to keep up to date with the customers ever changing needs providing them with the best customer service.

Location: Staines

Salary: Up to £23,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week, need to be available for 1 in 4 Saturdays (only 3.5 hours)

Key duties:

  • Liaising with customers ensuring customer demands are met at all times
  • To renew and retain business by effective communication and persuasion
  • Build strong knowledge of products and policies
  • Deal with membership queries
  • Handling complaints and customer issues in a professional manner

Key requirements: Essential:

  • Strong Customer Service experience however full training is provided
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and question effectively
  • Good verbal communication and IT skills
  • To be enthusiastic and organised
  • To be a key team player
