An exciting opportunity to join our clients Customer Service team covering the French market has become available. This role is responsible for providing great customer service in the French region and covers all aspects of customer service ranging from product and application advice, order fulfilment, order placement, order lifecycle service support, issue resolution, sample orders and post-sale support. You will also ensure all commercial outcomes are taken to gain maximum revenue income through offering alternatives and value added opportunities. With a new focus as business development and customer service functions start to merge, this is an exciting journey and this role will be crucial in helping define that direction. As part of our focus on continuous improvement this role will also bring new ideas to the team on what we can do differently
You will possess:
French language (required) and any other language (preferred) and English (required)
Previous customer service experience in an environment with focus on long term customer relationships
Experience working with CRM systems
Experience working closely with sales teams to communicate and resolve issues and pass on opportunities
A passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
