Customer Services Operator / Representative
We are recruiting for a new member of staff to work in our busy customer services department. The role will require you to take telephone/ e-mail enquiries from our many clients, to negotiate and convert them into a shipment and to then book them onto our transport IT platform so they can be delivered on time.
-Quote accurately and quickly
-Arrange collections and deliveries with customers using e-solutions and internal systems
-Grow and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
-Address issues in a timely manner at all times.
-Ensure communications is clear and prompt
-Deliver excellent customer services
-Support internal sales
The ideal candidate will have had some experience in a customer service and/ or sales environment, although not necessarily in the transport industry.
We need someone with first class telephone skills, to be able to establish client requirement and apply a suitable solution quickly, using a professional and efficient telephone manner. This is a position with excellent prospects and will be based in Low Moor Bradford.
