Are you looking for full-time Customer Services work for a well respected Housing Association based in Crownhill?
We have 3 roles coming up shortly initially on 3 month contracts
We are looking for experienced customer services advisors to take calls from residents on a variety of housing related issues
You will possess excellent customer services skills and have experience of taking inbound calls and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner
We will also expect you to be able to make outbound calls to arrange visits and appointments for Housing Officers, Surveyors and Trades Staff
The offices are based in Crownhill with excellent public transport routes with a bus stop right outside
There are local cafes and shops for lunches and an excellent team atmosphere throughout the workforce
