Customer Services (medical products) to £19,425 p.a. + benefits

Do you have customer service experience and enjoy working in a friendly team? In this role working from 10am - 6pm you will be contacting patients by phone on a daily basis, ensuring they have enough medical supplies and recommending new products which may be of interest.

Please note: working hours are 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday and additional benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily phone contact with patients - providing excellent customer service.

  • Maintaining/growing business by promoting new medical products on the phone.

  • Making 60-70 outbound calls per day to existing customers to ensure they have enough medical supplies and are satisfied with the service provided.

  • Constantly updating and maintaining customer database and assisting with general admin duties.

Essential Skills/ Experience:

  • Proven telephone experience within a customer service / sales background is essential (any knowledge of medical/healthcare/pharma industry would be useful but training will be provided).

  • Experience of upselling / cross selling in a target driven environment.

  • Good listening skills with an empathy towards patients with complex medical conditions.

  • Good MS Office and CRM skills.

  • Confident and professional telephone manner.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
