Manage and develop a dedicated team of 4 staff responsible for providing customers with ongoing customer and technical support across the globe.

Client Details

Our client provides niche products to businesses across the UK and Ireland, they have a presence across over 50 countries worldwide.

As a Customer Services Manager you will be expected to passionately lead, develop and coach a team to deliver a first class customer focused service that meets the needs of the business including overseeing product specifications, shipments and exports including completion of export documentation.

Vast liaison with international clients where the spoken business language is English. Further European languages would be great though it is not a prerequisite for the role.

You will have a proven track record of successfully leading a customer service team and significant experience delivering an efficient and prompt service. This is not a call centre environment.

You must have some knowledge of exports and shipments and demonstrate your experience of dealing with international accounts. You will use your excellent verbal, written, co-ordination and IT skills to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, sales teams, suppliers, specialist contractors and other departments to deliver 'right first time’ solutions to customers.
