Our client is an independent agent based in Witney looking for a confident person to deal with all initial enquiries into the business.
As the Customer Services Manager you will help customers with initial enquiries, booking appointments and discussing their needs and requirements.
The Customer Services Manager will also check and update property descriptions and familiarise themselves with the property list in order to sell the benefits to a potential buyer or tenant before their viewing.
As part of this busy role the Customer Service Manager will also support the team with administration needs in the business so organisational skills are crucial.
The ideal Customer Services Manager will have excellent communication skills together with an analytical and methodical approach.
