We are currently supporting our key client with the recruitment of a Customer Service Manager who will join the business at an exciting time of positive change. Managing a team of 8 Customer service Executives you will work with the business and team to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiencies.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Passion for delivery of excellent customer service within an evolving business
- Proven managerial experience of existing Customer Care Team’s including ongoing people and performance development and change management
- Management of performance objectives through one to ones and staff appraisals.
- Experience of implementing SLAs/KPIs
- Drive and foster a culture of engagement to align with organisational values
- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Understanding of the needs of existing customers to continue and promote outstanding service provisions
