Customer Services Manager - Harrow, £35,000 to £40,000 + Benefits

Do you have experience of implementing change to create efficiencies within a customer service environment?

Are you a strong people manager?

We are currently supporting our key client with the recruitment of a Customer Service Manager who will join the business at an exciting time of positive change. Managing a team of 8 Customer service Executives you will work with the business and team to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiencies.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Passion for delivery of excellent customer service within an evolving business
  • Proven managerial experience of existing Customer Care Team’s including ongoing people and performance development and change management
  • Management of performance objectives through one to ones and staff appraisals.
  • Experience of implementing SLAs/KPIs
  • Drive and foster a culture of engagement to align with organisational values
  • Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Understanding of the needs of existing customers to continue and promote outstanding service provisions
