Our client in Ringwood is urgently looking to expand their small team and are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work in their busy office. The role will involve extensive customer engagement and some administration ensuring exceptionally high levels of customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to new customers welcoming them to the company

  • Liaising with customers on the day of installation ensuring their complete satisfaction

  • Speaking with existing customers detailing the benefits of our referral scheme

  • Thanking customers for their feedback and returning the agreed information

  • Offering customers highest levels of customer service, both verbal and written

  • Liaising with our Marketing Department about good news stories, potential video testimonials

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner

  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good organisational skills and able to work to deadlines

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills

  • Be driven and hardworking

  • Be confident dealing with both customers and staff

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good time management
