Temporary to permanent Customer Services/Fleet Management position based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Your new company
An established organisation with an excellent reputation for the strategic placement of vehicles with fleets across the UK are looking for a Customer Services Executive to ensure the continuation of the strong relationships with manufacturers, rental providers, and dealerships and provide a first class service to their customers.

Your new role
Working within a busy, vibrant department this role will encompass all aspects of 'Front Line Customer Service', from placing reservations to complaint handling and problem solving; offering employees and customers alike a wide breadth of skills, experience and opportunities to develop and progress. Some key duties of the role include, but are not limited to: Front Line Customer Service, handling incoming calls/emails/online requests; Input and process daily rental reservations; Liaise with suppliers and customers effectively handling any customer complaints through to resolution; Day to day administration and system updates; Vehicle administration to include fines and insurance certification; Fleet & Rental administration and any ad hoc office administration including archiving, scanning and file preparation.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within an office based environment with strong customer service focused skills. You should have strong customer service and problem solving skills with a 'can do' approach. You will need meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy is 100% first time round. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a calm approach when dealing with customer complaints and queries. The role requires a mature and level headed attitude in dealing with all areas as the role is very fast moving with varying elements. The candidate must be pro active and confident in assessing issues and solving with minimum input from others.
