Job Title: Customer Services Assistant

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

Location: Bracknell

Job Description

Our Client, is a hugely successful and very well-established organisation. This company have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Customer Service Executive to their fun, yet extremely driven and hard working team in their offices located in Bracknell.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • All inbound customer queries either by phone or e-mail
  • Handling requests for copy-invoices
  • Handling requests for documentation
  • Responding to general queries surrounding fees and such like
  • Successfully handling complaints
  • Assisting other members of the team within their role


  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • STRONG communication skills
  • Ability demonstrate STRONG listening skills
  • Ability to resolve customer problems

Education and experience

  • GCSE in English and maths minimum grade of C
  • Ideally looking at applicants WITH Customer Service experience


  • £20,000 - £22,000
