Customer Services Executive

We are currently recruiting for a new starter to join our expanding sales and customer service team.

We are an Environmental Management company who have been trading for over 25 years based in close proximity to the Excel Exhibition Centre, City Airport & Docklands.

We are the largest independently owned waste management company in London and over the last 8 years have seen massive growth which has allowed us to branch out nationwide and increase our team by 40%

We are now at a stage where we are looking for someone dynamic, hard working with a proven track record in customer service to join our team

The job itself is customer focused and will involve a mix of in-bound and out-bound calls to our existing customer database for our small - mid range clientèle and explore further opportunities for up selling our broad range of services.

You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager and discuss ideas on how to expand and increase revenue from our existing client base.

Attention to detail, time management, data management and independent working are key traits that will be essential for this role.

The majority of of responsibility is to keep track of our mid-range customer base activity and requirements using our unique CRM systems, and setting calls, follow ups and relevant emails and establish yourself as the port of call for all customer requests.

Full training will be provided and you will have full support from the Sales Manager, Team and Operations department through all aspects of working as we are all part of one team.

Working Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

We also operate an monthly bonus scheme wherein if the business revenue target is acheived, every one is paid a bonus payment pre-dated a month.

Further, there is oppurtunity to explore new business oppurtunites where a further bonus payment can be negotiated where applicable - this aspect of the job is an add-on and can be discussed further during an interview.

Previous Sales experience inst a pre-requisite for this role, we are looking for someone with a good personality, approachable and keen to join part of fast moving business.
