Customer Services Executive/ Helpdesk

My client, a leading IT Services organisation, is looking to recruit a Customer Services Executive to join their Internal Services team, on site in West lakes.
Working with a high volume customer base, your responsibility will be to provide a first point of contact and support for customer incidents and enquiries, taking ownership and responsibility for calls and managing them until the call in closed. This role will cover all aspects of the organisation and is key to our overall service delivery, specifically customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a driven individual who is able to build rapport and relationships across their team as well as with their customers.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Proven experience in a call handling environment.
- Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
