Are you an experienced Customer services representative? Do you have experience of dealing with customer queries organising rectification of such problems? My client are a leading and fast growing commercial vehicles business.

The Successful candidate will have experience of working within a customer services related role (call centre or similar), experience of working with planning systems and job and resource planning. In addition to this any experience working within an automotive business is desirable but not essential.

The Role:
*Deal with customer enquiries and log incoming jobs using Kerridge
*Process invoices in kerridge when work is completed
*Plan job schedules and scheduling events to ensure equipment meets the relevant compliance

The Person:
*Minimum of two years' experience in customer services based role
*Experience of booking/scheduling of specialist staff to deal with customer enquiries
*Previous automotive or fleet experience desirable but not essential
