Are you immediately available and looking for a Customer Services position within state-of-the-art offices in Weybridge?
This is a 12 month FTC to cover Maternity Leave, working for an innovative company within their customer services department.
- Do you have experience of working in a customer services environment?
- Can you demonstrate problem solving and decision making abilities?
You will be responding to customer queries, both by phone and email, ensuring that resolution is effective and timely. Your duties will include entering order details on the CRM, running back order reports and updating customers accordingly, completing complaint forms and resolving issues.
