We are currently recruiting for our Customer Service team. This is a fast-paced team and during our peak period can be extremely busy. However, the environment in which we work is relaxed and you will work with all other departments delivering your service to our customers. Working as part of the Customer Services team you will be providing first line telephone and email support to our customers. Queries can include general product and services enquiries, delivery questions and product returns.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer communications.

  • Managing and updating various databases

  • Efficient handling of queries; processing and answering any fax, post or e-mail queries within 24 hours.

  • Creating support tickets for Technical Services to resolve.

  • Communicating with our Repair Centre.

  • Arranging deliveries to our customers , including back orders

  • Liaising with other departments to seek resolutions for customers

  • Assisting with other departments when required

We are looking for someone who has previous call centre or telephone support experience. You must possess excellent communication skills and have a patient telephone manner. You will be able to work on your own, but seek support where necessary and you will possess excellent organisational skills. Knowledge of assistive technology products are desired but not essential.
