Claim Eazy is one of the fastest growing Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) & Package Bank Account (PBA) claims management (CMC) companies within the UK. We currently have two annual awards under our belt celebrating 'Employer of the Year - 2015’ and 'High Growth Business of the Year - 2015’.

A great opportunity has arisen and we are looking for a motivated, driven and outgoing Credit Control Officer who will be responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers who we have successfully recovered compensation for, in relation to the mis-selling of both Payment Protection Insurance and Package Bank Accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and responding to our clients via email and phone
  • Advising our customers of successful claims and discussing the refunds they are owed
  • Collecting payments from outstanding invoices
  • Displaying excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Serving as liaison between the customer and various departments and also the banks
  • Developing a good understanding and relationship with all customers
  • Advising of different payment methods and set up payment arrangements accordingly
  • Being able to give advice to reflect customers individual circumstances
  • Up-selling at all opportunities

Desirable experience for this role:

  • Previous experience within a Contact Centre or Credit Control/Collections role
  • To be self-motivated and target driven
  • Good knowledge of computers
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
  • Working towards both individual and team targets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £16,000.00 to £21,000.00 /year
