Customer Services Co-ordinator – £23-24,000, Bordon

Our client, based in Bordon, is seeking a self-motivated, ambitious Customer Services Co-ordinator to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will have a proven Customer Service background ideally gained from working with a technical product in a busy environment.

Customer Service Co-ordinator Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in responding to customers’ telephone enquiries, maintaining customer relations and processing orders
  • Day to day account management to ensure customers are happy with the current service provided
  • Handling customer queries and providing solutions to any problems encountered
  • Assisting with other departments to ensure first class customer service

Customer Service Co-ordinator Personal Characteristics & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bright, positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Experience in a technical customer service / sales support environment preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good negotiating technique
  • Accurate data transfer
  • Good Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP preferred

Customer Service Co-ordinator Salary & Benefits:

  • £23-24,000
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
  • 24 days holiday plus BHs
  • Parking
  • After qualifying period: Contributory pension scheme, subsidised sports club membership
