Customer Services Assistant

What will you be doing?
In this role you will be supporting a team to ensure all objectives are met. You will be the first point of contact for all queries in person or via e-mail, telephone. You will respond to all inquires within 24hours.
You will be an experienced Customer Services Assistant, who is used to dealing with high volumes of client queries via telephone and email. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of working with range of different types of customers.
- Good working knowledge of a range of IT systems.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Professionalism and consistency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Happy working in a fast paced demanding environment - responding to 80 -100 emails per day
