FULL TIME INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT - BRADFORD

Life as a Customer Account Agent:

  1. Provide memorable experiences for our customers everyday.
  2. There will be no cold calling- all customer calls are inbound queries in relation to their Vanquis Bank credit card.
  3. You will be confident when working to targets and deadlines individually, as well as winning together as a team.
  4. Adhering to company policies and procedures in a regulated environment.

Our customer service department is open 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm on Saturdays. Please see current shift pattern below due to start in APRIL 2018, however these are subject to change.
