Are you looking for full or part-time work with a highly respected Housing Association in Plymouth? We have 2 roles available, one part-time, one full-time.
We are looking for experienced customer services advisors to take calls from residents on a variety of housing related issues. You will possess excellent customer services skills and have experience of taking inbound calls and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.
This part-time role is for 2 days per week, Mondays and Tuesdays and the full-time role will be working Monday to Friday. Both roles are initially on a temporary contract for 3 months. On offer is an hourly rate of £9.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
The offices are based in Crownhill with excellent public transport routes with a bus stop right outside. There are local cafes and shops for lunches and an excellent team atmosphere throughout the workforce.
