Excellent communication skills, a friendly, enthusiastic personality and a professional telephone manner are all essential requirements. Experience of providing world class service would be a great advantage, however an attentive, friendly manner and a professional, well organised approach are equally as important. Flexibility with regards to your hours of work would be helpful.

The job is varied and interesting and, as an expanding family business, employing over 200 people, we can provide in depth training, a friendly, supportive working environment and competitive future earnings potential.

Based in Alfreton, Derbyshire, the company is a well established family business, with a sound reputation for producing well made clothes, in beautiful fabrics, that fit perfectly. The company specialises in mail order and online selling, direct to customers throughout the UK and worldwide. The company employs over 200 people at the Head Office and Production Units, both in Alfreton, as well as additional offices overseas. All key functions are carried out in-house, including design, production, marketing, customer service and printing.
