Your new employer is a fast growing and driven organisation. You will be joining a large team of customer service advisers.
Your new role
You will be communicating with customers to resolve queries and issues over the phone, respond to any emails and support other members of the team. This is a temporary 6 week contract, working Monday - Friday 9.00-5.00.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will be confident at problem solving with a professional telephone manner. You will need to have customer service experience and be able to work well under pressure.
