Our Customer is a large financial company based in Kings hill and is now looking for a new addition to their processing services team
You will be responsible for
Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Deliver excellent an excellent customer experience
Update the company database
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy Customer Service department and possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload to meet the departments' SLA.
Strong communication skills along with a polite and professional approach
Highly motivated and have a strong team ethic
Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook
