Our client are looking to recruit a customer care administrator to sit within their finance department. You'll be a first point of contact for service users calling in, so ideally you'll be friendly, helpful and a good communicator.
My client is a not for profit organisation in Lincoln. They have a busy office, where everyone helps each other, and creates a happy and productive working environment.
You'll answer calls that come in to the finance department, dealing with a range of questions and queries related to billing, payments, and invoicing. You'll enjoy delivering excellent levels of customer service and always strive to go above and beyond the customers expectation. There is room for progression in this role, for the right candidate who wants to learn and progress perhaps within finance.
The successful candidate will have some experience in customer service, some basic knowledge of accounts would be great, but more important is a great attitude and willingness to learn.
£16-19,000, permanent, depending on experience
