Salary: £18,200 + bonus (circa £1200 per annum) + extensive benefits

The Opportunity

This is an incredible opportunity to join a leading large scale business as a Customer Services Advisor for an Accident Repair centre in the Derby region. The business provides unrivalled training and support and will help you develop and grow your skill set, in addition to outstanding benefits in addition to your salary and bonus structure.

This position is pivotal in the business as you will be the first point of customer contact. You are tasked with delivering outstanding customer service throughout the life cycle of the vehicle repair to both customers and colleagues alike, through excellent communication and a high standard of work, in line with the companies Service Level Agreements.

The successful candidate with have experience in delivering excellent customer services, the ability to priories workloads, contribute to the overall performance of the team and hit individual targets.
