Service Advisor or Warranty and Fleet advisor, 6 month contract £22-24k, Cambridge based Monday - Friday, potential for a permanent role.
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to help with handling calls regarding breakdowns or maintenance issues within the automotive industry.
You will be handling calls that require investigation to solve, and you will be responsible for resolving these issues.
You will need to have experience working within an automotive / transport environment and will have knowledge of fleet or vehicles.
This is a fast paced varied role where every day is different and challening.
As Fleet Services Advisor / Customer Service advisor you will be working in a busy team receiving inbound calls regarding maintenance and breakdown issues.
You will be working with a high profile client to make sure their calls are answered and breakdowns are solved quickly and within specified time scales, making decisions on how and where to solve their enquiries.
You will be supporting the Fleet Services Manager with any tasks/requests as required by the demands of the Service Centre
You will be arranging vehicle services, keeping them within date in support of the Compliance Administrator. Ensuring all warranty items are issued to correct suppliers within reasonable timescales.
Be responsible for the movements of broken down vehicles and replacement vehicles Competencies:
•Previous experience within the automotive industry working with fleets/workshops is desirable, but not essential. •Excellent communication skills
•Excellent computer literacy •Ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
•Attention to detail
