Customer Services Temporary - must be immediately available Telford

Hays are recruiting on behalf of a large manufacturing company based in Telford who are looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new role
This position will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and will be responsible for a full range of customer service support tasks. Duties will include;
-Providing customer service support over the phone and addressing written queries via letter and email
-Handling incoming customer service calls and offering support
- Dealing with high level of call volumes.
-Updating CRM system and responsible for logging all customer calls
-General admin duties , data entry , updating the system , filing , responding to emails and letters
-Updating Excel spreadsheets
-Customer complaint handling over the phone and via email
-Use of Microsoft Office and SAP , CRM systems
What you'll need to succeed
You will be immediately available to start temporary work and able to start in January 2018.
You will ideally have recently held a similar role as a customer service administrator / complaints handler
You will have excellent literacy and numerical skills
You will be extremely professional in person and over the telephone
You will need to have and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ideally 1 years recent experience in customer service admin
