Our client is looking to recruit new members to their customer services team. This company is a leader in their market and has been awarded the Queens Award for Innovation, which is the most prestigious award within the industry. Due to expansion and internal promotion, we are looking to bring new technical customer service staff to the team.
Candidates will need to be confident in dealing with high volume incoming calls. All the calls you take will be queries of a technical matter regarding their products. You will receive 6-12 weeks training on the products alone, in order to ensure that you are fully prepared for this role. You will also have a "buddy"during this time to work alongside.

Within this post you will handle 60-80 incoming calls a day; all the calls you take will be of a technical nature, so you must have a confident manner and excellent customer skills.
Ideally you should come from a product related customer service background, however a strong retail background will also be considered. Experience of working towards and delivering KPI's will be important for this post.
Immediate interviews are available for suitable candidates. Due to the location of our client it will be ideal if you drive, however some public transport routes are possible depending on your location.
