Redex Recruitment are currently working with Britain's leading independent cruise line who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator

Due to expansion my client is seeking a Customer Services Administrator who will deal with tasks such as but not limited to;

  • Entering passenger information onto the in-house booking system
  • Printing, collating and posting documentation to any new and/or existing bookings
  • Operating the webchat facility
  • Obtaining missing passenger information

You must be available to work the following hours;

-Week One: Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 17:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 17:00pm

-Week Two: Monday to Thursday 12:00pm to 20:00pm, Friday 10:00am to 18:00pm

My client is looking for someone who has previously worked within the travel industry and ideally has previous administrative experience - You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
