Our client is a large sports goods manufacturing company, excellent working conditions and benefits package. They are looking for a new member of their Customer Service team.

You will become an integral member of a successful and developing small team, looking to meet current and further projected growth within its field. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Answering and processing all customer enquiries both written and verbal.
• Operate telephone lines for all operational areas.
• Check all orders prior to entry and vetting prior to production.
• Order Placement and timely processing of samples/approvals, ensuring all orders are processed correctly and to lead time.
• Maintain optimum working relationship with third parties and internal departments.
• Follow and adhere to all organisation policies.
• Support charge hand as and when needed.

To succeed in this challenging role you will have a calm disposition and be comfortable working on your own initiative, as well as in a team. With excellent organisational, customer service, IT and administrative skills, you will also have experience of working within strict lead times.

You must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel and be educated to GSCE level, or equivalent, in both Maths and English.
